The first story was interesting, then I noticed a pattern with the second story that flowed into the third story which by then I got bored. I fast forwarded throw that book until they told Tyler Zach was his real father then I went to the end of the setAll of her main characters in the first three book's that I made it through loved each other deeply yet something splits the up for a year or in Zach's case ten years. Then she makes the victims feel guilty for something that wasn't their fault. There is no reason whatsoever to keep a child from a parent especially for ten years. She never gave Zach a chance to be a father.
There is so much turmoil in each relationship that you lost interest in the story. I just did not have it in me to sit through another book with the same pattern.

predictable love story
I would recommend this set of book's to my friends.I enjoyed all 5 couples as they worked through there trust issues and was able to find love again.. It was hard to put the books down.Just ordered the Steele Brothers complete series.
This box set contains alpha males and strong willed females. Who can ask for more? Totally awesome, except each book felt as if it is incomplete, as if there is more to the story, an epilogue may have been beneficial. But these books were are page turner. Well done Ms. Douglas. Can't wait to read the others in the different series
As a box set I rate this one five stars. It does not mean that each book is worth five stars. In fact, I couldn't get through Deacon, the fourth book in the set. It was too much about sex and not enough about the characters. All of the other books were very good. I recommend this bargain.
I liked some of the books. Others I thought the women were idiots with no self worth.
The stories were all interesting, different from each other, and no typos that come to mind. I was surprised, and very glad, to see this boxed set being offered free. Will it induce me to buy the other books in the series? Absolutely. There were a couple of characters in the books that I didn't like (really, really disliked Deacon) but the story itself was good. Thanks, Ms Douglas, for making these available.
Some were books were great and some were just okay. Good is where I would rate the entire collection. I like this author's writing style and will be purchasing some books from three of the boxed set. Deacon and Ryder were both my favorites. Those men loved intensely and fought for the women they loved. Can't wait to read the next books in each series.
